Jennifer brings over 20 years of experience working with children and adults through all stages of life. She believes that play is essential to child development, learning, self confidence and healthy relationships. As a breast cancer survivor, she understands the unexpected “plot twists” in life. She works with adults who need a safe place to process their stories for peace and healing.

Lisa is dedicated to helping individuals of all ages discover a greater sense of peace, joy and fulfillment. Through a supportive and empathetic approach, she provides a safe space for clients to share and transform their stories, gain insight, and develop the skills needed to create meaningful and lasting change in their lives.

Kelsey works with children, families, and individuals to meet them where they are at in their story. Kelsey has over 10 years of experience working with children and families on behavioral interventions, parenting, and providing education to empower you on your journey. She is comfortable integrating faith-based interventions to promote healing and growth mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

Committed to delivering professional care, she has experience in addressing issues such as addictions, anxiety, and depression.

Kristy works with teens, young adults, and couples, offering a supportive and compassionate space to process painful experiences and move toward greater hope and healing. She is a trauma-informed, EMDR-trained therapist with experience working with anxiety, depression, life changes, and grief and loss.
