Jennifer brings over 20 years of experience working with children and adults through all stages of life. She believes that play is essential to child development, learning, self confidence and healthy relationships. As a breast cancer survivor, she understands the unexpected “plot twists” in life. She works with adults who need a safe place to process their stories for peace and healing.

LICENSED MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPIST

Adriana Uhl graduated as a Psychologist in 2000 at the University of Ibague, Colombia, in South America. Additionally, she then graduated from Indiana University Fort Wayne where she obtained her Master’s Degree in Science and Education with a Major in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2012. She is a native Spanish speaker as well as being fluent in English. Adriana also excels at working with culturally diverse populations by facilitating the adjustment to a new culture and life
changes.

Since 2012, she has been providing mental health treatment for families, individuals, teens, and children . Her primary focus is to meet her clients needs and meet their goals for each therapy session. In addition, helping her clients to improve self esteem, manage and reduce anxiety, stress, and depression by developing healthy coping skills, as well as facilitate the adjustment to new life changes. These approaches in turn help families and individuals to improve their relationship, parenting skills, set healthy boundaries, and communication skills between them.

Lisa is dedicated to helping individuals of all ages discover a greater sense of peace, joy and fulfillment. Through a supportive and empathetic approach, she provides a safe space for clients to share and transform their stories, gain insight, and develop the skills needed to create meaningful and lasting change in their lives.
