Challis works with individuals at a point in their story needing help processing relational, emotional or spiritual situations in the past, present or the foreseen future. She is a trauma-informed EMDR trained therapist with over 20 years experience bringing compassion and care with a heart to see people set free to live an abundant life.

LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR
Christine specializes in treating complex trauma, OCD, and a full range of anxiety disorders in children and adults. Her sub-specialty is scrupulosity, a form of OCD involving religious and moral obsessions. She works with individuals who wish to strengthen, reconnect with, or gain a deeper understanding of their relationship with God and their faith.

LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR
Hannah specializes in supporting children, teens, adults, and families as they navigate life’s most challenging chapters. Her approach focuses on practical skill-building to foster resilience and long-term growth. Hannah is also ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) certified, providing evidence-based treatment for individuals living with OCD to help them reclaim their lives from intrusive thoughts and compulsions.

Becca works with teens, young adults, and adults who find themselves stuck in patterns shaped by past experiences and are ready for something to change. She helps clients gently explore their stories so healing and growth can take root in the present.
She has experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, OCD, relationship challenges, and wounds connected to early experiences, offering a compassionate space where meaningful change can unfold.

Maria has a passion for helping couples or individuals at any stage of their life find hope, beauty, and healing in their story. She loves to empower and encourage each individual to find a voice in their story. She is a native Spanish speaker, along with being fluent in English, who has a passion to help those facing cultural challenges in their story and mental health needs.
